Violencia Intrafamiliar.Beneficios de un Proyecto Social

This work is the result of an important Social Engagement project of the Universidad Católica de Cuenca. This research is the first to be carried out in the Province of Azuay in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Azuay and its project "EQUIDAR", and in coordination with the Faculty of Medicine and Clinical Psychology. The publication aims to present statistics on the level of domestic violence in the province of Azuay, as well as definitions of what constitutes violence, its classification, the associated risk factors, leading to identifying who the victim and the aggressor are, and what Clinical Psychology does. Additionally, the data obtained are presented, along with an explanation of how the project and the study benefited the population targeted by the research.
