Synopsis

This analysis focuses on the so-called phase of contract perfection. To narrow the scope, we will concentrate on the issues surrounding the concurrence of the contracting parties' wills, the types of contracts, the instruments used in the contract formation process, the theories regarding the moment of contract perfection, and how perfection is addressed in the Civil and Commercial Codes, the Vienna Convention, and electronic contracts.
