Argumentative Thinking. Development Program

The following textbook has a practical purpose. It arises from the study of legal topics, specifically legal argumentation. The subjects discussed have been written from an academic perspective in which the author has been involved for the past 20 years. This work aims to provide educators with conceptual or theoretical tools to enable them to carry out their work with solidity and coherence. For students, it is a work that allows them to achieve a fair and balanced reasoning about the issues they encounter in their environment; while also providing them with ways to offer both theoretical and practical solutions.
